ADAKsystems Announces Project Manager 1.0
Web-based product provides tool to manage complex manufacturing projects

Ballston Lake , NY – August 27, 2004 - ADAKsystems LLC a local provider of business solutions for manufacturers and other small businesses, today announced their newest product, Project Manager 1.0. This web-based product will initially be available only as an add-on to their integrated manufacturing system, Resource Planner.

Chris Trow, president of ADAKsystems, outlined Project Manager’s focus and key functionality. “Project Manager provides a time-phased, graphical view of all the interrelated tasks to complete a complex manufacturing project, including: shop orders, purchase orders, outside vendor processing orders, as well as other engineering and administrative tasks. A project manager can see what is happening, what is late, and where the conflicts are. Resource Managers can easily see the cross-project load on key resources. Tasks can be rescheduled to alleviate overloads and smooth out the delivery process. The overall result is improved on-time delivery at lower cost.”
